Our Process

Analysis
Our process begins with an in-depth analysis and bench-marking of existing trends and projects from across multiple inputs. We can also analyze your current performance on social media and track the total satisfaction of your users when using your product. With all of these considered, we develop the necessary insights and reports.

Development & Design
Based on all the insights gathered from the analysis, we develop multiple proposals that will be presented to you, where you can share your feedback and develop together the best version of the project that can be.

Deployment
Once you are satisfied with the product, we proceed to deploy it on the means you prefer, physical or digital, your idea has been translated to a real product and is now available in the “real world”. We can monitor its performance and receive initial feedback from clients.

After-Sale Analysis
Even if the product is launched, we can track and retrieve data that multiple channels can provide us such as social media metrics, direct forms or surveys to customers. We can generate a report to determine if further adjustments are needed, and give you certainty based on the results of the projects and how user-experience can improve.

Over the years, this journey has led him to explore and develop a wide range of projects, from graphic and web design to, more recently, data analytics. By integrating data-driven decision-making into his design workflow, JP has enhanced his ability to create more informed, impactful solutions that align with both user needs and business goals.
